The Tracking feature helps you monitor email engagement through two powerful tools: Tracking Link and Tracking Pixel. These allow you to measure how recipients interact with your emails, including link clicks and email opens.
Go to Configuration
Select the Pixel Tab
Copy and customize the Pixel
Replace the placeholders in the provided HTML snippet with your own identifiers:
campaign_id – letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores allowed, or null (3–50 characters).
subscriber_id – letters, numbers, dashes, underscores, dots, or a valid email address, or null (3–50 characters).
Insert into Your Email
Paste the customized <img> tag into your email HTML where you want to track opens.
Go to Configuration
Select the Link Tab
Copy and customize the Link
Replace the placeholders in the provided tracking link with your own values:
campaign_id – letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores allowed, or null (3–50 characters).
subscriber_id – letters, numbers, dashes, underscores, dots, or a valid email address, or null (3–50 characters).
redirect_url – a valid URL where recipients will be redirected after the click is tracked. Must start with http:// or https:// and may exceed 50 characters.
Use in Your Emails
Insert the customized link into your email campaigns to track when recipients click on it.
View aggregated data on the Tracking dashboards, or access more detailed statistics in the Tracking Link/Tracking Pixel tabs
To view detailed logs for Pixels or Links, navigate to the Pixel Log/Link Log tab
Add Tracking to the main Dashboard for deeper insights into your email deliverability across all EmailConsul tools.
